Novastar CVT10 LED Optical Fiber Converter

The Novastar CVT10 series includes two models: CVT10-S (single-mode) and CVT10-M (multi-mode).

2x optical ports with hot-swappable optical modules installed at the factory, bandwidth of each up to 10 Gbit/s

10x Gigabit Ethernet ports, bandwidth of each up to 1 Gbit/s

Fiber in and Ethernet out: 8x Ethernet ports available (ports 1–8), ports 9–10 currently unavailable (to beavailable in the future upgrade)

Ethernet in and fiber out: 10x Ethernet ports available

2 types of power connectors, including a 3-pin power socket and a PowerCON socket

1x type-B USB control port

The CVT10 optical fiber converter offers a cost-effective way to convert optical signals to electrical signals, or electrical signals to optical signals, for connecting the sending card to the LED display. Delivering a full-duplex, efficient and stable data transmission that is not easily interfered with, this converter is ideal for long-distance transmission. The CVT10 hardware design focuses on the practicality and convenience of the on-site installation. It can be mounted horizontally, in a suspended way, or rack mounted, which is easy, secure and reliable. For rack mounting, two CVT10 devices, or one CVT10 device and a connecting piece can be combined into one assembly that is 1U in width.

1. Shipping Cost

The unit price of each item listed at our online shop does not include the shipping cost. It will be provided in your checkout.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship items worldwide using fast express services with tracking numbers via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The estimated delivery time is approximately 4 – 8+ business days.

3. Buyer's Shipping Account

We can ship using the buyer’s own courier account. However, the buyer must arrange the pickup and provide us with the printable shipping label. Simply providing an account number is not sufficient. If you use a FedEx account, please also provide a control number or reference number.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 – 3 working days after payment is received. If any item is out of stock, we will inform you of the revised delivery time.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

We only ship to the confirmed address provided in your order. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when paying via PayPal or credit card. If the address does not match, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Payments via bank transfer (T/T) or Western Union are exempt from this restriction.

6. Transit Time

Shipping transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak or holiday seasons.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges. If you require a declared value adjustment on the shipping invoice, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, we will declare the actual paid amount.

(For small shipments to the continental United States, our prices include import duties, and buyers from there will not be required to pay any additional import-related fees. Import duties and related charges for bulk shipments are subject to final confirmation.)

Please note that in most EU countries, declaring a lower value is not permitted, and the actual transaction value must be used. For EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, and Ireland, an EORI number or VAT number is required for customs clearance.

8. Customs Clearance Assistance

If required, the buyer must provide reasonable assistance to the shipping carrier for customs clearance in their country.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect the goods in front of the DHL/FedEx/UPS courier upon delivery. If any damage is found, request official damage documentation (Proof of Damage) from the carrier and immediately notify us by email with photos of the packaging and products.

10. Warranty Policy

The LED display parts listed at our online shop are covered by a 12-month quality warranty. For some hardly obtained legacy parts, we may provide used items that are covered by a 6-month warranty. The condition is indicated as "used" for those items on their product page.

If products fail under normal use within the warranty period, we will repair or replace them free of charge at our side. Damage caused by improper installation, power surges/electrical overload, water ingress, or unauthorized modification is excluded.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes for both returning the items to us and receiving the repaired or replacement items.
